Fallon’s set designer is a Philly guy

DIGGING THE NEW SET for “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon”? It’s got a Carson flair with a modern twist, don’t you think?

It’s all thanks to Philly guy Eugene Lee, who’s also set designer for “Saturday Night Live” and has won Tonys for his designs for “Wicked,” Leonard Bernstein’s “Candide” and Stephen Sondheim’s “Sweeney Todd.” Before that, Lee cut his teeth at South Street’s Theatre of Living Arts.
